Modelling own research - Mark Quinn

Mark Quinn - after looking at the artist list i was told to look at the desided to look at some other artist i knew of that did similar thing to the art in the list and some that may help my own work.

• Born London 1964 
• He does sculptures, paintings, and drawings.
• He often explores the relationship between science and art, and the human body and perception of beauty.
• Well known from his work Self  1991, in which he made a cast of his own head then using eight pints of his own frozen blood. 
• Through out his artistic career he has work that relates back to the human body 
• Often looks at the difference between nature and culture has changed us. 

His work confuses me as i don't no how i feel about it, weather i like it or not. I find it interesting to look at but i don't take a like to his work in particular nor a dislike. I find his work ok but not overly amazing visually.
