Comme des Garcons

• Based in Tokyo and in place vendôme in Paris.
• The label started in 1969 Tokyo by Rei kawakubo.
• The company was established in Japan 1973. 
• 1981 its debut show in Paris. 
• All collections are designed in Aoyama Tokoy studios and in France, Spain and Turkey.
• Commes often collaborate with various other labels Fred NIke, Levi's converse all star, Speedo, Nike, Moncler, Lacoste, Louis Vuitton and H and M. 

I dont particularly like this kind of work I thin that it is very different very out there and can see the effort that has gone into the designs but i still real not like this kinda of work.

Dior couture

Dior Couture is under the Christian Dior brand obviously, and up keeping with what his fashion legacy left us now. I find this work absolutely amazing all unique all with outstanding amounts of detail on them. These dresses are just simply stunning and my favourite it the one above the blue one with Emily Blunt it in i just love it i love the patterned edging the corset look and the curvation look that it gives her.

Christian Dior

• 21st january 1905- 23 october 1957 
• Was a French fashion designer. 
• 8th december 1949 Dior founded his fashion  house. 
• His first collection was called Carolle. 
• His designs were voluptuous, he was influence by the rations on fabric from the war. 
• Master of creating shapes and silhouettes.
• "I have designed flower women"- Dior. 
• He made it so that his dresses flared out from the waist, giving his models curvaceous forms. 
• He got back lash for his designs covering women's lower legs because of the amount of fabric used but after the war time shortages ended it subsided.  

I find his work to be just so pretty and i also like that he used more fabric then society at the time would have like I feel like he was finding a way out of war feelings and his fashion was doing that he amazing dresses were doing that.

J.mendel

• 1870 he was established in St Petersburg Russia, by the Mendle family 
• He worked there as a boutique specialising in luxurious furs. 
• 1875, Joseph Mendle was commissioned by Tsar Alexander II to create a ermine cape for the Tsarina, his wife. 
• 1920 moves to paris bringing his fur designs with him to the house of Révillion. 
• Opens a fur atelier in the centre of Paris
• Gilles Mendle CEO of J.Mendle leaves Paris for New York to open a fur salon. 

I really like these dresses i love how soft and pasterly they are and just how elegant they come across to you. I like the soft frills that are incorporated within this work as they just flow and float so beautifully you cant help but love the delicate look of it.
